Hi everyone!

Lately I’ve been on a bit of a watercoloring kick. They are the easiest thing to pull out and color quickly with right now. I’m able to use a variety of different brands easily combined and interchangeably. Today I  pulled out Kitty Stacks to use on my card. For the kitty, I used Distress Oxide reinkers (Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick) and love the kind of chalky finish it gives my coloring. For my background and cupcake, however, I was drawn toward my Daniel Smith Watercolors. I love the granulation and shimmer I get from the genuines. So pretty! I then die cut the watercolor panel and created a simple card using the sentiment from the same set Hello There. I also couldn’t help adding a little Glossy Accents to the cupcake. It turned out so cute!

I hope you enjoy the watercoloring as much as I do! It really is a fun medium to color with and I encourage everyone to give it a try!

Hugs,

Carisa
